The games that are selected for the GotM or for New Game Spotlight are selected by myself and or other admin. These are games that we feel are deserving of a moment of praise. Occasionally a game may win that was in fact not submitted by a player or staff, but was found while I was browsing games on my own time.

This is not only an attempt to spotlight deserving games, but also to help players locate games that they may have otherwise not known about. This is a vast internet and while some games can survive and flourish on word-of-mouth alone, many die early deaths for the simple fact that advertising is a difficult and hit-or-miss process. My hope for this site, as well as for the contests, is to create a easy to navigate database of games to help players locate new planes of RP, as well as to help admin present their game to increase their numbers.
